Chantal Thellier-Frédeville started her business 30 years ago.
She was used to organize parties like a housewife and offered homemade meals
and old family recipes.
Mother of 4, Chantal transmitted her passion to her youngest son Guillaume,
who joined the company in 1993 to develop the business,
between innovation and tradition.
Guillaume learned cooking and pastry through a school education and trainings
with French starred chefs.
He loves cooking fresh and quality products. His cuisine is authentic.
